  24. Who complains about the quality of the sound now?  Either it is adequate or it
  25. is not.  You say it is better than PC 16 bit sound as it is yet you think it
  26. needs 16 bit to improve the quality of 8 bit samples?  It sounds like you want
  27. your cake and eat it too.  If you are still going to use 8 bit samples the
  28. amount of quality a 16 bit dac provides is a very low target for the future of
  29. the amiga.
